Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders are normally shipped within a business week of purchase.  The principal carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service) using Standard or Priority Mail. Packages can also be outgoing using Fed Ex or UPS under agreed upon conditions between seller and buyer.

Due to a difference in processing time, an order with two or more items may be shipped separately.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges by following the steps outlined below.

1) Contact us within:3 business days of delivery; and. 2) Ship item(s)s back within:10 business days of delivery with tracking number and notification.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized items

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value..
